Flight Cases

Flight cases are engineered to withstand rough handling, impacts, and the rigors of touring:

  • Exterior: Typically made from rigid laminated plywood or lightweight honeycomb plastic.
  • Reinforcement: Edges are bound with heavy-duty aluminium extrusions and reinforced with steel ball corners to protect against drops and friction.
  • Interior: Lined with custom-cut, shock-absorbing foam (often pre-cubed or CNC-routed) to cradle specific items and prevent them from shifting.
  • Hardware: Features recessed butterfly latches (so they don't catch on other items), spring-loaded handles, and heavy-duty caster wheels for easy rolling
